FRVitra Akari 1AD Table Lamp
Détails du produit
Introducing the Vitra Akari 1AD Table Lamp, a timeless blend of natural materials and minimalist design. Crafted from bamboo and washi paper, this lamp emanates a gentle, warm glow, adding a touch of serenity to any space. Inspired by Isamu Noguchi's iconic Akari Light Sculptures, each piece embodies the essence of weightless luminosity, evoking a sense of both illumination and physical lightness.
Handcrafted with precision in the traditional Ozeki workshop of Gifu, Japan, the Akari 1AD Table Lamp is a testament to meticulous artisanship. Bamboo rods are delicately stretched across original wooden forms, forming the framework that defines the lamp's graceful silhouette. Washi paper, derived from the mulberry tree's bark, is expertly cut and applied, lending a soft, diffused quality to the light when illuminated.
Packaged in specially designed flat boxes adorned with a stylized sun-and-moon logo, each Akari Light Sculpture is authenticated, ensuring its genuine origin and quality. From its inception in 1951 to the present day, the Akari collection continues to captivate with its timeless elegance and tranquil ambiance, inviting you to bask in the beauty of light.
