Tunto Curve - 1440 mm - Black / Black Pendant

The Tunto Curve Pendant Lamp brings a sculptural softness to linear lighting design. Crafted in Finland by designer Mikko Kärkkäinen, this 1440 mm version pairs a solid black-stained wood body with a black canopy, resulting in a refined, monochromatic silhouette that suits contemporary interiors. Its gracefully rounded top softens the geometry of the piece, while microprism, honeycomb or lens optics ensure low-glare, precision illumination for both ambient and task lighting needs.

Measuring 1440 mm in length with a canopy height of 35 mm, width of 220 mm, and depth of 110 mm, the Curve features a rounded wooden profile of 40 x 60 mm. It comes with a 2-meter suspension cable and a 3-meter power cable, both of which can be shortened to suit your space. The canopy and connection are conveniently positioned together for a clean installation.

This model features a 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K light color, delivered through an integrated LED light source with a lifespan of 50,000 hours and excellent color rendering for true-to-life tones. Control is handled via optional Casambi (Bluetooth) system, enabling wireless, continuous dimming through the Tunto EnOcean switch, smartphone, or tablet—no physical control wiring required at the ceiling outlet.

Designed for indoor use, the Curve Pendant Lamp is rated IP20 and Class II for safety, and carries the CE mark. As a natural material, the solid wood body may show slight variations in grain and tone, adding authenticity and character to each individual piece.

Available options
Colour temperature: 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K · Optic: microprism, honeycomb or lenses · Control: DALI – Push Dim or Casambi (Bluetooth).

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
Lenses — the most directional option, giving crisp, focused light; ideal over dining tables and kitchen islands.
