Tunto Curve - 1160 mm - Oak / Black Pendant

The Tunto Curve Pendant Lamp brings together soft, sculptural form and precision-engineered light. Designed by Mikko Kärkkäinen and crafted in Finland, this 1160 mm version showcases a gracefully rounded silhouette in solid oak, paired with a black finish for a refined contrast. The result is a linear fixture that feels organic rather than rigid, softening the geometry typical of pendant lighting while maintaining a strong visual presence above tables, counters, or workspaces.

Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the Curve integrates microprism, honeycomb or lens optics for low-glare, high-comfort illumination. The LED light source delivers a 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K color temperature with excellent color rendering, ensuring textures and tones appear natural and true. Built with an LED lifespan of 50,000 hours, this pendant is designed for long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.

Control is made effortless through the optional Casambi (Bluetooth) system, allowing smooth, continuous dimming via smartphone, tablet, or the Tunto EnOcean wireless switch—no complex wiring required beyond the standard 2-wire connection. The suspension height is adjustable, with a 2 m cord and 3 m power cable that can both be shortened to suit your space.

As with all Tunto wood products, the oak body carries natural variation in grain and tone, meaning each Curve pendant is subtly unique and will continue to develop character over time. Suitable for indoor use only, this fixture is rated IP20 and Class II for safe, standard interior installation.

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
