Designed by Ann Demeulemeester for Serax, the Zoë Dessert Knife in Black brings a bold, sculptural presence to the table. Its pure, faceted silhouette is deliberately pointed and slightly dangerous in character, reflecting Demeulemeester's fearless approach to form. Each piece is hand-faceted along the handle, meaning light catches the surface differently across every knife, creating subtle variations that lend the collection its distinctive, artisanal elegance.

Crafted from stainless steel with a matte black finish, this dessert knife measures 20.55 cm in length, 1.59 cm in width, and 0.81 cm in height, with a weight of just 0.08 kg. It is fully dishwasher resistant, combining sculptural design with everyday practicality. As many pieces in this collection are finished by hand, slight irregularities may occur — a natural mark of authenticity rather than imperfection. This cutlery line reflects Ann Demeulemeester's ongoing collaboration with Serax, which began in 2019 with porcelain, cutlery and glassware, and has since expanded into lighting and furniture.
