Serax Surface Ristretto Cup

Discover the Serax Surface Ristretto Cup in Indi Gray, a striking addition to the Surface tableware collection designed by Sergio Herman. Crafted from glazed stoneware, this small cup carries a distinctive character shaped by a reactive glaze, ensuring that no two pieces are ever quite the same. Subtle variations in tone bring warmth and authenticity to every cup, echoing the moody, mystical hues of the North Sea.

Compact and beautifully finished, the ristretto cup measures 6 x 6 x 6 cm, weighs 0.16 kg, and holds a capacity of 9 cl — perfectly sized for a rich, concentrated espresso moment. Its glazed stoneware construction is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe, with a maximum oven temperature of 180°C, making it as practical as it is refined. As with many pieces finished by hand, slight irregularities may occur, adding to the individual charm and uniqueness of each item.

Part of the wider Surface collection, this cup draws inspiration from Sergio Herman's native Zeeland, a Dutch landscape defined by shifting tides, rugged coastlines, and quiet, dark lakes. The collection's materials, colors, and glazing techniques translate this raw natural beauty into tactile, expressive tableware, where every surface tells its own story of depth and imperfection.

Please note a minimum order quantity of 8 pieces applies to this product, making it ideal for building a complete set for your home or hospitality space.
