Serax La Nouvelle Table Rectangular Plate

Serax presents the rectangular plate n°3 from the La Nouvelle Table collection, a refined addition to the wider Merci tableware range. Designed with sharing in mind, this flat, rounded plate brings a relaxed and convivial spirit to the table, perfectly suited to tapas, small dishes, and the kind of easy, informal dining that invites conversation. Its understated silhouette and earthy tones lend a cosy, warm character to any table setting, whether used on its own or combined with other pieces from the same collection.

Crafted from glazed stoneware, the plate is finished by hand, meaning slight variations in tone or texture may occur from piece to piece. Rather than a flaw, this is part of what makes each item unique, reflecting the artisanal spirit behind the Merci design philosophy. The collection itself draws inspiration from Russel Wright's iconic American Modern Dinnerware and the traditional Japanese bento, resulting in a versatile range of dishes that can be stacked, mixed, and arranged according to personal taste.

Practical as well as beautiful, this plate is dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and oven-resistant up to 180°C, making it a reliable choice for everyday use. It is available in sizes M, L, and XL, and in a palette of Blue, Brown, Dark Blue, and Off-White, allowing for thoughtful combinations across a table setting.
