Muuto Verso Rug

The Muuto Verso Rug explores simplicity through technique, translating the logic of a plain weave into a balanced and tactile design. Crafted from 100% wool, it features an equal interplay between warp and weft, resulting in a surface that appears identical from both sides—a quiet testament to considered craftsmanship.

Hand-twisted fringes frame all four edges of the rug, underscoring the artisanal process behind its creation while giving it the flexibility to be positioned freely within any room. This reversible construction not only extends its longevity but also invites a more thoughtful, adaptable approach to interior styling.

At the heart of the design lies a composition of two colors, meeting and blending gently across the surface. This interplay introduces a subtle sense of depth and movement, lending the rug a quiet rhythm that brings balance and warmth to its surroundings. The Verso Rug is available in Cool Grey / Dark Brown and Pale Green / Warm Brown, each pairing offering its own distinct mood while sharing the same understated elegance.

Designed to complement a wide range of interiors, the Verso Rug works equally well as a grounding element in minimalist spaces or as a textural accent among richer, layered furnishings. Its natural wool composition brings both softness underfoot and a durable, long-lasting quality, making it a considered addition to any living space, bedroom, or study.

With its honest materiality and refined attention to detail, the Verso Rug embodies Muuto’s dedication to functional, timeless design—an accessory that enhances a room through texture, tone, and quiet craftsmanship.
