Marset Dipping Light Table Lamp by Jordi Canudas (2018)
The Marset Dipping Light is not just a source of illumination but a statement piece that brings art to your table. Designed by Jordi Canudas, an enthusiast in the alchemy of light, this lamp transcends its functional role when turned on, creating a mesmerizing ambient effect with its painted glass orb. The various shades sift through the bulb, casting enchanting concentric circles that moderate light intensity. When switched off, its colored glass sphere adds an artistic flair to any space, turning into an eye-catching design element perfect for a shelf, bedside, or table.
The creation process involves dipping the lit bulb into paint several times, making each lamp unique due to its artisanal nature. Available in different sizes, including a portable version and a mid-size ø20 cm model, the Dipping Light offers versatility along with its striking aesthetics. Additionally, you can choose between brushed brass and graphite finishes for the base, ensuring it complements your decor flawlessly.
With its poetic charm, the Dipping Light by Marset gracefully blends functionality with a powerful visual narrative, making it much more than just a lamp.
