Gubi Stay Bed High Back 180x200 Fully Upholstered

Designed by Space Copenhagen for GUBI, the Stay Bed High Back brings the sculptural softness and embracing comfort of the Stay Collection into the bedroom. Its curving silhouette and integrated headboard gently wrap around the sleeper, forming a singular, continuous shape that feels soft, organic, and distinctly contemporary. The design strikes a balance between simplicity and sensuality, offering a timeless centerpiece that brings harmony to any bedroom setting.

Fully upholstered, the bed reveals only the chosen textile, which defines its final character: darker tones emphasize the sculptural definition of its curves, while lighter shades lend a softer, more cloud-like appearance. The high headboard reinforces the Stay Collection's inviting, embracing character, making a strong visual statement in any interior. The bed's structure is built from five core components and slats, engineered for easy assembly and long-term stability.

The Stay Bed High Back is available as a double bed in the 180x200 size, and can be dressed in a range of textiles - from textured bouclé for a tactile, expressive look to smooth wool or cotton blends for a cleaner, more minimal aesthetic. This particular model is offered in Bonito, JAB (095, Standard) upholstery. Made to order, it suits both private homes and hotel interiors alike, combining a strong sculptural presence with inviting comfort.

Part of the Stay Collection by Space Copenhagen, this bed continues the studio's exploration of soft, architectural forms - a philosophy shaped since 2005 by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou, whose work spans furniture, lighting, and interior design for private and hospitality projects worldwide.
