Precious light
Inspired by an oyster enclosing its precious pearl, Jette Sheib designed the Oyster collection. The flat lampshade made of two metal rings woven with black or white cotton thread encloses the precious LED light in the centre. A black metal or wooden disc was placed in front of the lamp to gently diffuse the light.
The original lampshade of the Oyster floor lamp rests on a fine metal rod with a wooden base for the white version and a black painted concrete base for the version with black cotton thread.
