Flos Superwire Floor Lamp

The Flos Superwire Floor Lamp brings a sculptural presence to any interior, balancing industrial character with refined craftsmanship. Two glass modules rest gracefully atop a steel tripod, creating a striking silhouette that pays homage to the historic Luminator by the Castiglioni brothers, a true icon of Italian lighting design.

Designed by Formafantasma in 2024, this floor lamp reinterprets a design legacy through a contemporary lens, merging heritage with a fresh material and structural sensibility. The interplay between the transparent glass elements and the sturdy tripod base results in a piece that feels both grounded and ethereal, equally suited to residential and contemporary commercial spaces.

The Superwire Floor Lamp comes complete with an included LED light source, ensuring efficient, long-lasting illumination while maintaining the clean lines and minimal footprint that define the design. Its glass modules diffuse light softly, casting a warm and inviting glow that enhances the sculptural quality of the piece even when unlit.

A statement of modern design rooted in design history, the Flos Superwire Floor Lamp is a versatile addition to living rooms, studies, or lounge areas seeking a distinctive lighting feature. Its combination of steel and glass materials reflects Flos's ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and timeless aesthetics.

Part of the Flos collection, this piece exemplifies the brand's dedication to collaborating with visionary designers to create lighting that transcends function, becoming true works of art within the home.
