Design House Stockholm Blond Bowl

The Blond Bowl by Design House Stockholm brings quiet tactility and refined character to everyday tableware. A raised pattern of dots and stripes plays across its surface, adding visual depth and a pleasing texture to an otherwise classic, understated form. Available in Stripe and Dot designs, each bowl offers a subtle interplay of relief and light that makes the piece as engaging to touch as it is to look at.

Part of the wider Blond dinner set, this bowl is crafted from new bone china, valued for its fine, durable quality and soft, luminous white finish. It is fully microwave and dishwasher safe, making it a practical choice for daily use as well as for setting an elegant table. The bowl is offered in two sizes, 30 cl and 60 cl, allowing it to serve equally well as a small side dish or a more generous serving bowl.

Blond was designed by the Relief Group, founded by Signe Persson-Melin, Sweden's first professor of ceramics, during her time at Konstfack, the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. First published in 1995, the collection reflects the group's dedication to craftsmanship and considered design, and remains a signature piece within Design House Stockholm's tableware range.

Manufactured in Thailand, the bowl measures 6.5 cm in height with a diameter of 11 cm, and weighs just 0.11 kg. Understated yet distinctive, the Blond Bowl fits naturally into a Scandinavian-inspired table setting, whether used on its own or paired with other pieces from the Blond series.
